Staying in Rogoznica you can make daily trips to all most popular destinations - cities which history, culture and beauty have made Croatia recognizable on the tourist map of the world.

Split - the largest city in Dalmatia, the second-largest city in Croatia. The old Diocletian's palace from the 4th century is what makes the city center (under UNESCO protection since 1979.), which is unique in the world. Entering the palace through Diocletian's cellars you come to the square Peristyle where is one of the symbols of the city, the bell tower of Split's patron saint St. Duje. By the bell tower, there is the Diocletian's mausoleum and a priceless statue of the Egyptian sphinx. Šibenik - a city that successfully combines its glorious history and natural beauties. To a town whose name was mentioned by kings, nature has given many islands surrounded by the blue sea and the fascinating landscape of the National Park Krka. Sibenik is a city of four forts of which the most visited ones are the fort of St. Michael and, one of the best sea fortresses in the Mediterranean sea, fort St. Nicholas. Sightseeing in the city you will be inspired by the famous cathedral St. Jakov the most important Renaissance building in Croatia.

Trogir – a city miniature by its dimensions and its appearance (it looks like a big castle on the water) carries the title of the best-preserved Romanesque-Gothic town in Central Europe, which is why it was put on the UNESCO list of the World's Heritage. It offers a lot of the sights worth visiting and seeing. Among the attractions offered are the Cathedral of St. Lovre with Radovan's portal, a tower fortress Kamerlengo, City Gate, Čipiko palace, Town Hall, St. Nicholas church with its art collection " Kairos ", City Museum, Pinakoteka (collection of sacral art), and many other attractions.

Primošten – beach town that attracts with pleasures of summer vacation, traditional Dalmatian architecture, and interesting surroundings. The town is known for its large and beautiful vineyards. The photo of one of the vineyards of Primosten is hanging on the wall of the UN building in the center of New York as an ode to human labor. A typical description of the vineyards is growing grapes in between the " stone lace ". The inclusion of vineyards in the UNESCO heritage list is being considered. In addition to the vineyards, the town is famous for its traditional donkey race which takes place every summer. The painting of the most famous site “Bucavac“ was at the United Nations building.

Krapanj island where you can see the tradition of extracting and cultivating sponges and Zlarin island where you will be thrilled by the tradition of extracting and cultivating corals, as well as jewelry production.

 

Ethno village in Burnji, 11 km away, offers a special experience. Burnji characterizes the life of the Dalmatian farmer, known for a donkey safari, an animal close to being extinct.
